Jackie’s Blue Hole – A Hidden Gem in Santo
Just a short 6–8 minute drive past Turtle Bay, Jackie’s Blue Hole offers one of the most breathtaking natural swimming spots in Santo. Unlike the other blue holes, Jackie’s entry fee is a little higher (1,000 VT), but it comes with a warm welcome where enjoy a free coffee or tea and a slice of cake at the small onsite café as part of your visit. Adventurous travelers can also reach Jackie’s by kayak from Turtle Bay. The paddle takes about 1.5–2 hours (recommended for experienced sea kayakers only). On a high tide, the 4km river journey feels like gliding through the Amazon (without the crocodiles, of course!) and leads you straight to the sparkling waters of the blue hole.

Traveler’s tip: Be mindful of the second entrance south of Nanda Blue Hole. While it’s a nice swim spot, it’s part of the river leading away from the actual blue hole and run by a different owner. The true Jackie’s Blue Hole is the real must-see. Whether you arrive by car or paddle in by kayak, Jackie’s Blue Hole promises a refreshing swim in crystal-clear waters surrounded by lush tropical forest – the perfect Santo escape!
